    1. Is the issue only happening to you or with all users across the tenant?
    2. Did you try with different browsers? also in a Private window?
    3. Are you using preview portal?
      1. If yes, please use regular one : https://portal.azure.com/?preview=no
      2. If no, use a preview portal : https://portal.azure.com/?preview=yes
    4. May I ask what RBAC permission/role you have at the subscription level?
    5. Are you able to see "NetworkWatcher_<ANYREGION>" under the overview section of the Network Watcher?
      1. If yes, navigate to it and click IAM from the side menu
      2. And then click "View my access"
    6. Can you please share a screenshot like the below (with the entire NetworkWatcher, NetworkWatcher_<ANYREGION>, and IAM's "View my access")
