    Hello,
To back up a Windows 11 system to a shared network drive, you can use the Backup feature. Here are the steps:

1.Open the Start menu and type Control Panel in the search bar. Click on the Control Panel app.

2.In the Control Panel window, click on System and Security.

3.Under System and Security, click on `Backup and Restore.

    4.Click on Set up backup.

5.You will see a list of available drives. If your network drive is not showing up, make sure it is properly connected and accessible from your computer.

6.To add a network location, click on Select another folder and then navigate to your network drive by typing its path in the address bar or browsing through the network locations.

7.Select the network drive and click OK.

8.Choose what you want to back up. By default, Windows selects all user files. You can also choose to include system and application files.

9.Decide how often you want the backups to run. You can set them to occur daily, weekly, or monthly.

10.Review your settings and click Save settings and exit.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
