Hi there, have you tried creating a new email account, sometimes the Microsoft account, already had a free subscription and won't let you redeem a new one.
Thanks for your quick feedback. I followed UI instruction step by step and met the error. I registered a new account with hotmail and login successfully.
I guess this is a bug for Azure relates to specific email.
