Group Policy Report (gpresult) Shows Successful Software Installation when It Was Unsuccessful

Hello, I have been working with Active Directory for a while now and have been working on fixing an issue where my installation packages were not installing. To find out what was going on I used gpresult /h gpresult.html in cmd and It gave a message that a reboot was required to finalize installation. Upon restarting I looked through programs and featured and nothing I included in the package had installed. It is also important to point out that usually when an application is set to install, the "Installing Managed Software..." verbose message will be displayed, but it is not showing for me. The only thing that shows related to software is that upon logging in the "Applying software installation settings" message is quickly shown but that is it. And the most annoying thing about this is that upon running gpresult /h again, it displays that the software was installed successfully when it was not. Also in the screenshots, some programs show, but those were already installed before I distributed the package, so none of the programs listed successfully installed, thank you.
