Power Automate Authentication issues - I need to reauthenticate the connections in Power Automate flow frequently

Hello Everyone,

Good Day!

I am experiencing a reauthentication issue in my Power Automate flow, meaning I need to reauthenticate the flow frequently, whereas my other team members with the same flow setup are not facing this issue. There has been no change in policy in the environment either. I need help or suggestions to fix this issue.

Over a period of months, I too have experienced this issue. My Power Automate flow is scheduled to run nightly--and it does so reliably for many weeks. Then, the flow mysteriously becomes disabled. Upon inspection, I find that 4 of the connections wish to be "reauthenticated". Once reauthenticated, the flow can be enabled--and will run again until it again decides to become disabled for the same reason. This is a major annoyance--and causing me to loose confidence in Power Automate's ability to support production operations.

Same here. And as I am running a lot of flows I'm never 100% confident which ones have run and which haven't. We use 2 factor authentication - is this the problem or does it still happen on single authentication?

Just to keep this going, I too am experiencing many auth problems with PA which not only makes my life more complicated in that I have to monitor and firefight way too much, but also detracts from the user experience of using apps to log expenses, leave application and other basic office management tools. It's also not specific. Sometimes it's writing to a SP list, other times sending a Teams message.

Have been running these apps for a couple of years and have only recently started kicking up these auth error. Want to roll out more, but these errors are making it difficult. Solution for users is to log out and in again, not to much to ask, but a pain to manage.

If anyone from MS is reading this, please let us know what is happening and how we might resolve the issue. Thanks

We are having the same issues, the flows worked fine and now they are failing on a regular basis. My customers are starting to avoid MS Power Automate because their work is getting stopped and important processes are dependent on them. When are we going to get an explanation from Microsoft? How do we ensure that PA connections are not repeatedly dropped, this causes hours of troubleshooting and rework. What is the solution MS?

I lost all my colletion at ones and needed to reauthenticate all connections.

And I must say I see that issue in the same way as Michelle:

The problem is that we only can say:"It is an issue by Microsoft and we cannot see in that black-box."

Which is for everybody fustrating and causes an untrust in the Microsoft cloud system. That issue I had never before in on-Prem circumstances. Very fustrating, is that very Microsoft Cloud?

Thanks in advance, if somebody from Microsoft Support would look deeper inside that issue...
