Hello,
The Learn module in the Microsoft 365 fundamentals (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/what-is-m365/5-explore-microsoft-365-tenant) instructs learners to create a developer account to get the free 90-day sandbox to train in. However I am receiving the following error upon registering: "Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription." How am I supposed to complete the training if I don't "qualify", especially for a free resource?

We are currently collaborating with our internal team to resolve this issue promptly and restore the M365 developer subscription for learning path users. Access to the free Microsoft 365 E5 subscription is currently paused for the short-term while we adjust the qualifications for that benefit. Any updates regarding the resumption of this service or the availability of this feature will be announced on our blog Latest updates to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.

I am in the same situation as rclamarre,
I am getting the same error:
"Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."
I followed the link above and couldn't find any updates on this issue. I also would like to use this to finish my training ...
Any update would be grateful.

@kguntaka this answer does not resolve our issue... let me phrase it another way:
The free training (training required to pass the exam) requires us to log into such sandbox. Period. At the moment, we cannot access the sandbox, so, my question for you is "how do we prepare for the exam then?".

P.S. please don't reply the same thing about "subscription is paused", and instead provide an alternative. (Free alternative, with no need to provide any credit card info, of course!)

Already this issue is there from last 11 months Feb 2024. Is there any way we can activate our developer accounts and learn and complete our certifications. Is anyone from Microsoft looking in to this problem!!!!
