I have just started to use the Windows Designer App and it was a really nice experience, but I have searched how to install and set the system default language pack at install with no luck..
We have bought a bunch of new laptops for people working at home with the Covid situation, so don't want to roll out a new image to them but just using the configuration to automate the setup.
How do you add a Language pack with WCD?
And how do you set the default Language for the system with WCD?

It looks like the article is quite old and I don't get up the options as is with that tool, but I think it is that they are using it to generate a installation package to install from scratch.
I am not interested in building a complete dism image for the computers, I know that you can but we get new computers and don't want the hassle to have to install the drivers and stuff, we wont to rely on the suppliers image.
I want to configure a package for setting them up, like the description on this page : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/provisioning-packages/provisioning-install-icd

The link I posted used for Windows 10 1511 for sample, but Windows official document used Windows 10 1703 for sample, even through they have different GUI, but the steps are similar and I think you might get any hint from the third party step by step capture. For configure international settings, we should use DISM command line, but it would not means we use suppliers image to capture. If you have any online system, we could capture from them. If all computers are new, we recommend to install Windows on a client as a test one to capture it. As no settings for configure default language in WCD tool,we have to use other tool such as MDT tool or SCCM to configure default language, or configure it in OOBE.
