Word for Mac is pasted into Visio 2021 and drawn garbled

Question

On a Mac M2 Pro machine, MacOS version: Ventura 13.6.2 platform, run Word for Mac (version 16.79.2), insert the diagram drawn on Visio 2021 into word to display garbled characters.

What I've tried:

1. Save the Visio 2021 drawing as a .vsd, and then insert it into Word to display garbled characters;
2. Change the Visio 2021 drawing format: .vsdx, .vsd, and the font in the font to Songti, etc., and then insert the drawing into Word to display garbled characters;

Have you ever encountered this kind of problem, and how did you solve it?

How did you insert the Visio file to Word?

I suggest you check the editing language in Word for Mac:

Go to Tools > Language, select your language, and select OK.

To make it the default for all new documents select Default.

Tip: To prevent having to manually configure the proofing language with each new document in Word, switch on the option to detect the language you're writing. On the Review tab, go to Language, and then select Detect language automatically.

I find the way to solve this problem, here is the steps:

1、Install "苹方-简.ttf“ font on Windows OS;

2、Launch the Visio 2021 application，draw the shape or text you want, Use the "苹方-简“ font；

3、Then，copy your draw from visio to word.

I tried the way above, It works. hope it helps you.
