Dear Sirs,
I need to install on my PC Visual Studio 2015.
I downloaded the needed files from this Microsoft web site:
https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=visual%20studio%202015&wt.mc_id=o~msft~vscom~older-downloads
I downloaded the file: mu_visual_studio_2015_update_3_x86_x64_dvd_8923065.iso
I mounted and I executed VS2015.3.exe file but unfortunately an error message is displayed:
Update 3 requires a member of the Visual Studio 2015 family to be present or is blocked by another condition on your computer.<<
In the attached snapshot you can see which products I downloaded.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
The edition of VS 2015 you were downloading is VS 2015 update 3, it’s an update package not VS 2015. So, the error appeared.
You need to download VS 2015 or VS 2015 with update 3 first.
I guess you failed to find VS 2015 or VS 2015 with update 3 in official website. It’s expected, as VS 2015 is an old version of VS, Community version may be not available, but Professional/Enterprise versions are available. Here’s the explanation: Visual Studio Community edition is missing from downloading.

MS VS Community 2015 Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3
If you were able to download and install VS2015 Community with Update 3 from the link that I provided then I suggest you accept the Answer so that other community members wishing to install it can benefit.
