Windows Insiser Program Error

I’m getting a problem in which there’s an error showing Your Windows Insider Build tan into a problem we are just collecting some error info and then we will restart for you and there’s a stop code of critical process died as well
It restarts and shows me to WINre and resetting option doesn’t work and the PC won’t boot into safe mode.
