Hi,

I just logged in to Azure with my old account to reinstate the account and continue working. But it turns out my payment methods have been expired, and I cannot delete them because they are associated with 3 subscriptions (Pay-as-you-go) which are Suspended.
This message is displayed when I click on the subscriptions

My Azure account is disabled and I don't have access to do anything to fix this. Adding a new payment method didn't resolve the problem. I don't have any past due balance in the Azure portal either.

I really appreciate your support!
Kevin

Resolve issues with a disabled subscription

Your account or subscription is disabled for security reasons.

We detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled your subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. If you believe this is an error, continue to submit a support ticket with the security team to review the decision.
