HTC Advantage as a GPS device

Over on PocketGPSWorld they've been reviewing the HTC Advantage (X7500, X7501) and it's suitability as a GPS Satellite Navigation device.

The device would seem perfect with it 5 inch screen and 8GB drive for storing maps of the world.  I won't ruin the review for you as you can read it HERE

    My view on the X7500 is it is too big for most things... but as a SatNav, it is awesome!! I run mine with CoPilot (other GPS solutions are also available ;-) ) and agree the large screen and keyboard are excellent. The ability to stand it up on the keyboard mean I can even have it sitting in the open top glovebox in my car and see any directions out of the corner of my eye whilst fully concentrating on the road.
