Hello,
We are builidng a Saas product for legal professionals, we need to enable users to create, edit & track changes in their stored word documents/ docx files, through a browser. My understanding is that, it will be possible by integrating Microsoft Online server. Could anyone give me details of how to depoy this, and any prerequisites for such a deployment, or any licenses that I need have to enable the integration. We have been struggling with this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can check if you meet the installation criteria first.

I only wanted to understand that, do I need to have a Sharepoint or and Exchange server licencse or can I just deploy MS office online independently for my saas app. I am attaching a link to the functionality I am looking for https://www.cloudlex.com/applications/microsoft-office-online/. We are planning to create a SaaS application that integrates with Microsoft Office Online Server.
If our organization holds a Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise subscription, could we use Microsoft Office Online Server as part of our SaaS application offering?
In other words, would our SaaS clients be able to use our system without requiring additional licenses?
