Hi @frob ,

Please try to do this:

1.Login to SharePoint Admin Center site at: https://YOURTENANT-admin.sharepoint.com

2.Click on the “Policies” and then the “Sharing” link in the left navigation.

3.On the Sharing page, expand the “More external sharing setting” and enable the checkbox “Guest access to a site or OneDrive will expire automatically after this many days” and then set the number of days.

Hi @frob ,

SharePoint does not send e-mail to external users, but administrators receive a reminder when it expires.

SharePoint sends a email to people to advise them when sharing links are within ten days of expiration.

Clicking the link brings up the Access Expiration fly-out pane.

To extend the validity of a sharing link, select a user and click Yes, extend. SharePoint Online will then extend the sharing link by the maximum period allowed.
