i,
I am an MSDN subscriber. I have downloaded an ISO for Windows Server 2019 version 1909 from https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=Windows%20Server,%20version%201909. Here is info from the download page in case it is helpful:
Released: 21/Jan/2020
SHA256: EC3381D158F0843936A4B45DAA68D67BA82F8533B89F9F8B0EBA670411DCD170
File name: en_windows_server_version_1909_updated_jan_2020_x64_dvd_b2e84008.iso
I have also taken a product key for that server from the download page. I have installed the core edition of the operating system on a server so that I may evaluate it.
I am trying to activate Windows, but I am getting an error when I run slmgr.exe /ipk {my product key}
Error: 0xC004F069 On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004F069 to display the error text.
So, on a computer running Windows 10 Enterprise, I run the command slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004F069. That command displays the error:
Code: 0xC004F069
Description:
The Software Licensing Service reported that the product SKU is not found.
How do I get past these errors and successfully activate Windows?
Thanks,
Mike
