autoruns shows MS file bthhfenum.sys not verified (Windows 10 Home)

When I run autoruns, it shows a file that is not verified that is supposed to be provided from microsoft. VirusTotal does not consider it a threat. Is this something I should be concerned about?

My Windows 10 home edition is up to date.

I'm new to sysinternals and this microsoft community, so go easy on me. If this should have different tags let me know (I couldn't find a tag for Windows 10). If there is advice on a better place to ask this question, I'd appreciate that too.

I have the same issue with Windows 11.. is this a bug in Autoruns64 or is MS really shipping a unverified driver for years - and if that driver cant be used, can i remove it?

I too scanned earlier with autorun and decided to look it up and found your comment. For me, BthA2dp is also marked unverified despite it being a Microsoft Bluetooth A2dp driver: Bluetooth A2DP Driver. I analysed them with mcaffee just in case there were touched by a virus (because earlier i suspect i accidently clicked on a suspicious exe. I did my analysis and all and wanted to do a final check that's what brought me to autorun). I'm kinda glad i'm not the only one with this weird unverified problem.

idk why you are relieved by the existence of this post, it could simply mean youre not the only one infected. i too have this item unverified. but not only that, another bt driver as well. once i searched that file, the top result refering to corrupt drivers. but imo thats the sort of thing a virus might do. i may be wrong though. here was the description of that:

BugCheck D1, {fffff80208bea3d0, 2, 8, fffff80208bea3d0} Probably caused by : BthA2DP.sys ( BthA2DP.sys+a3d0 ) BTHUSB.sys dated 3/10/2077 (interesting return date on this file) is a Windows component which means something else drove it into Fault. File version: 10.0.17134.1.

my search engine is microsoft bing, but seeing as how they and the other major globalist antifreedom corp. google are basically skynet-gpt and filter results against my wishes, im going to try a neutral one to look for answers now and hopefully find something useful. and yes i did say against my wishes because i am not a child and i consider any attempt to obfuscate information a belittlement of my ability to think for myself!
its not done for anyones benefit but the ones whom attempt to control thought and speech, its akin to getting backhanded and being spoken down to like a red-headed stepchild. it goes without saying, everybody hates gingers, because why do they get to have skin that sunburns so easily and all the freckles?! gosh!..
(lol im kidding!)
