Hi, I am going through the ADF documentation to copy data from HANA cloud to our local SFTP. I am wondering this use case is even possible with Data factory. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/v1/data-factory-sap-hana-connector#supported-versions-and-installation I believe, the connector is applicable to SAP HANA on-premise system only. Can you please let me know if I can connect to HANA Cloud(Public cloud service fully managed by provider) ?

that is correct, I am looking for the support of connecting to HANA cloud. I see from your note that it is supported. Can you please provide documentation reference in setting up the datastore for the same? I can't access the link you provided above.

Thanks, I have downloaded it. HANA connector diagram, HANA server is located or shown as in on-premise. I couldn't find a details steps documentation for HANA cloud connection set up as a source. Please let me know if you have got something on this.

So, if you look closely on the below layer

The ODBC driver (running on a machine) is responsible for connecting to the SAP HANA Server.

You will have to configure this ODBC driver to connect to the SAP Hana Cloud.

The ODBC driver can be installed from this link and the configuration to connect to the SAP HANA Cloud documented here: -
