how to reinstall Asus builtin web camera?

Question

How to recover/reinstall my built-in web cam? Asus K35E, there was an update on windows 10 v1903 and my camera was disabled. Now, w10 forbids using it. Also, MS left the installation drivers with an "administrator lock". All the Asus laptop support answers refers to reinstall drivers, or locate “new” non-existing drivers.

I have to use Linux when I need to make video conferences.

the hardware was working, the W10 update disabled it.
