How to schedule an exam during covid?

I'm new to the scheduling process. I want to schedule an exam for MTA : HTML5/CSS3 for application development fundamentals exam. How do I schedule the exam step by step? I tried it, but I kept getting stuck on the test centers results page. Do I have to call them to schedule or is there another way?
