When WINDOWS UPDATE is lasted, always there is the message:
sistemi basati su x64 (KB4560960) - Errore 0x800f0986. Why?

Have you try to run sfc and dism? refer
Trying to reset your windows update components and see if it fixes the issue.

If the issue persist, you may also use the windows update assistant.

By the way, version 1909 is also an older version. The latest Windows version is 2004. You can upgrade to V2004 via ISO file.
