how to add multile users in server 2019

Question

This seems a really dumb question but if i want to add multiple users to a 2019 domain what happened to the wizard? it cant be i have to keep starting all over again for each user and it is way to much hassle to create a database to import I think i must be tired as this is ridiculous to long in lock down brain must have atrophied
