Hi
I have a couple of questions about a remote assistance scenario, can you please help me.
A couple of PCs that are not connected to the internet need remote assistance from time to time, one run old version of windows (Remote assistance), the other one can support Quick assist.
I would like to access those PCs from my Windows 10 PC that can be connected to internet, but that is not on the same LAN used by the other PCs.
I am not trying to use plain old RDP.
Can Quick Assist from my PC connect to the older Remote assistance?
Do the connections "Quick Assist to Quick Assist" and hypothetically "Quick Assist to Remote assistance" require an internet connection?
Do the connections "Quick Assist to Quick Assist" and hypothetically "Quick Assist to Remote assistance" work without an internet connection but with a VPN between the two locations (e.g.: with an Azure VPN Gateway)?
