Hello,
We have a virtual environment covered by Windows Server 2019 Datacenter licenses and I wondering if it's possible to spawn Windows 10 Professional / Enterprise VMs within this license right to spawn unlimited number of VMs ? Or only Windows Server VMs are covered by this license?

Only Windows Server VMs are covered by this license, for Windows 10 client VMs you'll need a separate license.
