Exchange 2016 - Mailbox placement recommandation/best pratice

Question

Hello,

Has Exchange 2016 has some best pratice recommandation regarding to the initial placement of a mailbox within multiple databases (exemple : should members of team A in the same DB, or could they be put in differents DB without impact regarding performances) ?

I've not found any recommandation regarding this point in best pratices share by Microsoft.
