Can P2S Traffic route over an Expressroute using Azure WAN? Will this work using just a normal Virtual Network?

    Yes, your statement is correct. If you have an ExpressRoute gateway and P2S gateway in your Azure WAN, it will work. This will not work if you are just using a Virtual Network with an ExpressRoute and P2S Configuration.
