We have Xbox test apps and it is available only to group of private audience . App submission is successful but we are not able to see the app on store to download.
we have been using these test apps for a while. but only recently we are seeing this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

What about trying to use the APP URL? You could find the App's URL in Product Management->Produce Identity. Find the URL and give the URL to the private audience, could they find the app using a browser?

Tried the URLon browser and "Install on my devices". Getting the "Try that again. something happened on our end" error.

Some of the apps are not yet available on Microsoft Store. We expect from the developers to launch these apps for Microsoft store too. I too want this https://freecineapps.com.br entertainment app on this platform,
I think those apps might be removed from the store. I am also facing the same issues with one of the apps yesterday.
Later i found that the app was removed.
So, might be in your case, the reason may be the same.
We are able to update the apps in app submission. if the apps are removed from store we shouldn't be able to do update the app well?
Also how did you manage to resolve this issue.

Yes, If the app is removed from the store, then you can't able to update it.
Maybe, try to download from any third party website. But there are some risks of malware and virus.
