Good afternoon;

From October 2024 to most recently, March 3rd, 2025, I have been charged an additional $53.79 monthly. The description through my bank account for the March 3rd withdrawal is MICROSOFT#G0796, in the amount of $53.79. According to my Microsoft subscriptions, billing, etc, I have one account, which is all I should have. Microsoft 365 Basic, with a monthly withdrawal of $2.26, this is withdrawn along with the $53,79.

I have spoken to a Microsoft support person, who had difficulty locating what was creating this and arrived to the conclusion it may have something to do with Co-Pilot. I have never purchased Co-Pilot, or any other products outside of Microsoft 365 Basic.

March 7th, 2025 I spent an hour and ten minutes on hold for support, then finally hung up.

I have been overcharged since October 2024 to March 3rd, 2025, a total of $268.95 with no explanation.

I would greatly appreciate Microsoft looking into this charge, cancelling whatever is resulting in the $53.79 per month charge, and refund the $268.95.

Regards and many thanks,

-Deborah
