Honestly, this error code is not recorded in our official article. Sometimes, despite an installation error on the Intune Portal, the app has been successfully installed on the device.
Based on my research, Del Rawlings provided an idea in the following link. If you have tested the pkg on a device manually before uploading to Intune, this error may occur. So, it is suggested to check the installed packages on target device with 'pkgutil --packages' and confirmed that MacOS thought the package was already installed. Then run 'pkgutil --forget' on the package in question on the target device and resync with Intune - This may make the software installed without error.
