Hello,

Is there a way to check all our users' OneDrives to determine if there are folders that are accessible to the group "Everyone except external users"?

Thank you in advance.

Tatyana

    Hi @Tatyana,

According to my research, OneDrive could only set permission for certain user. To learn where to find them, see Find OneDrive admin settings.

You can try to the following steps to manage permissions for certain users

1.Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center as Global Admin.

2.Users >> Active users >> find and select the user that you want to manage

3.On the User Details Panel, click on OneDrive >> Create link to files

    User's image

4.It will auto generat a OneDrive link, click on this link. Then, you can access this user's OneDrive.

5.On the OneDrive page, go to Onedrive Settings

    User's image

6.Click the Permissions. You can add/remove/modify user permissions on the page
