Account Renew Issues

Please can someone contact me regarding this -

Account information

Organisation name: Browns Tree Solutions LTD

Domain: brownstreesolutions.onmicrosoft.com

Subscription name: Microsoft 365 Apps for business

Subscription expiration date: 03 December 2024

We have had a Microsoft subscription for a number of years now, we changed banks last year and I forgot to update our billing details as I could not access our account. The account has an old email registered as the admin still - ******@brownstreesolutions.onmicrosoft.com. Suzanne left the business a while back and so I didn't realize it was still registered in this email. I managed to log in and have gone to try update our account so we can renew our subscription but it says the account it closed.

Please can someone help ASAP as we use Microsoft daily for our business so it is very important we get this sorted and keep access to all of our documents etc.
