Vector stores issue

Hi Azure Team,

We're using Azure AI services, specifically Vector Stores and Assistant. Since March 4, we've been experiencing an issue with Vector Stores. Whenever we upload a file, the newly created Vector Store remains stuck in the "In Progress" status and does not complete.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you're uploads get stuck intermittently. I tried to reproduce the issue, but I wasn’t able to observe the same behaviour. Since the issue resolves on its own, it might be related to temporary backend processing delays. You may want to check if there are any network latency issues or throttling limits affecting the upload. Additionally, monitoring the upload process using Azure logs could help identify patterns, such as specific file sizes or formats that trigger this behavior. If you notice any consistent patterns or specific conditions when this occurs, ensure that you haven't hit any quota limits for the Vector Stores API. Sometimes, exceeding quotas can cause processing issues. you can check the readiness of the vector store by using the polling helpers in the SDKs or manually polling the vector_store object to ensure the status is completed. please share more details, and I’d be happy to help troubleshoot further.

We experienced this before with Sweden Central, but only for a short time (about 2-3 hours). However, on March 4, it lasted almost the entire day
