500 while opening microsoft outlook

Hi, I see this message when I try to connect with Outlook on line. When I press refresh there are no emails or any accounts linked on my Outlook. On my Outlook app I cannot receive gmail account emails although I can see them on the gmail app. Any suggestions? thank you.

    I'm having the same problem that just started. Was fine an hour or so ago. Please help!

    I am experiencing the same error, across all my Outlook accounts. I tried different devices and browsers with no luck.
