Planner and Project Plan 3

I have Planner and Project Plan 3 what is the online version of MS Project? There are so many versions I don't understand which one I am suppose to use.

    The online version of Microsoft Project is called Project for the Web. It is designed for managing projects online and integrates with Microsoft Planner.

    Since you already have Planner and Project Plan 3, you can continue using Project for the Web as part of your subscription. Project Plan 3 includes both the web-based Project for the Web and the option to install a desktop version.

    If you need more advanced features, you might consider Project Plan 5, which includes everything in Project Plan 3 plus additional capabilities.
