For the issue, could you please confirm us some information?
What kind of apps did you deploy to devices? Win32 or LOB or macOS DMG or macOS PKG?
For Win32 and LOB apps, there is no such bundle ID but only detection rules, and the detection rules just check the app version to see if the app have installed successfully.

For macOS MDG and macOS PKG, there is one setting called Ignore app version: Select Yes to install the app if the app is not already installed on the device. This will only look for the presence of the app bundle ID. For apps that have an auto-update mechanism, select Yes. Select No to install the app when it is not already installed on the device, or if the deploying app's version number does not match the version that's already installed on the device.
