Does the issue occur recently on Outlook Desktop Client? Do you have any specific operation before the issue occurred?
In addition, here are some steps you may want to take:
- Enable Salesforce Add-ins:
- In Outlook, File>Options>Add-ins>Go>Select anything with Salesforce in the name and click Enable>Close and restart Outlook.
- Reset Outlook Customization:
- File>Options>Customize Ribbon>Click on Reset and then Reset all customizations.
- Enable Email to Salesforce in Salesforce:
