You don’t have permission to view an invoice

Question

An invoice is being charged to my credit card but I don't know what it is for. I don't know the subscription number. All I have is the Microsoft Invoice number from the details on the credit card statement. I have a number of active subscriptions but this invoice is not from any of them nor is a similar charge on any of them. When I search using the invoice number, I receive the message You don’t have permission to view your invoice
