How to get the app verified

I have created an App Registration in the Azure portal. I have also verified my root domain but when a user hits the "Sign in with Microsoft" they are still seeing "unverified".
How are you supposed to get verified?
I saw some documentation about requiring a Microsoft Partner account number but I don't see the "Publisher verification" section in the App Registration > Branding page as shown in the documentation.
For some more context:
- This is a new Azure account created via the free credits.
- It uses the default tenant that gets created during sign-up
- I have the "Global Administrator" role on the directory
- The only reason I need the app is so I can allow users to login via their Microsoft account in to my application (work or personal)
All the steps in the integration assistant are are completed.
The flow is also working fine. Users are able to login into my application via their Microsoft account. The only blocking thing right now is the "unverified" status on the consent screen.

This issue may occur if the following configurations are not set up correctly. If these options are not configured, the consent prompt will display as "unverified," even if the publisher domain has already been added. Could you please confirm whether these configurations have been applied.

Thank you for getting back.
As mentioned in the question, I don't see the "Publisher verification" section where I can add the MPN ID. Here's the screenshot again for reference.
Do I need to configure these settings at some other place?

There are some prerequisites to use publisher verification.
- The app that's to be publisher verified must be registered by using an Microsoft Entra ID work or school account. Apps that are registered by using a Microsoft account can't be publisher verified.
- The app must be registered in an Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant and have a publisher domain set. The feature is not supported in Microsoft Entra ID B2C tenant.
Can you check and confirm if the application that you have registered is registered by using an Microsoft Entra ID work or school account.

Where could I check this?
For the pre-requisites:
The app must be registered in an Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant and have a publisher domain set. The feature is not supported in Microsoft Entra ID B2C tenant.
I see the the following details in the Entra admin center. The type says "Azure AD B2C", so it's unclear if its an Azure AD tenant or B2C tenant.
Could you please clarify which one is it?
We are on the free plan which comes with a single pre-configured, so I believe, I can't create another tenant. If that's the case, can I even get my app verified or will we need to switch to a paid subscription?
Please let me know if you need any more details.
