How to solve HTTP 400 while copying a stt-model from a ressource to another ressource

Before it works, but now it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know how to solve it?

For 1 and 4:
Actually I have done this one directly on the https://speech.microsoft.com/portal website. And the Error code is shown 400.

For 2: And my goal is actually to copy the model from Source B with Region B and to Source A with Region A. Before it worked. So I wonder, what was changed in the last days?

For 3:
The Error is shown there 400. Could you please have a look to Server Configuration please? I belive I can't have a look, access and change it.

-For 4: as For 1 above

For 5: I tried and confirmed that the cache and Cookie issue shouldn't be a problem.

-For 6: Definately. But I dont know what is changed on server side or script's code on the https://speech.microsoft.com/portal Website that It doesn't work anymore.

Other Information:

If i copy from the source B to A as above, I have the problem described above. If i copy a model from source A to B, I have this problem.

I would like to mention that copying modell works well within the same resource in Germany, West-Central, but it does not function in the Europe, West region.
