Thanks for your post. Before moving on, have you installed any new software or updates recently? Also, please try the following methods:
- Run the Network troubleshooter Click the Start Menu > Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Select Network Troubleshooter > Run. Follow the on-screen procedure and see if that fixes the problem.
- Type 'command prompt' on your search bar and right-click the result, then run as administrator copy and paste each command (one at a time) below and hit enter:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Restart your PC then check
- Reinstall your Wi-fi driver Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager. Expand the Network Adapters section Right-click on your Wireless driver. Click Uninstall. Check the "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" box. Click Uninstall to confirm Restart your computer and let Windows Reinstall your driver Check if the issue persists.
