Azure Student subscription cancelled without reason

My Azure student subscription has been disabled due to "suspicious activity". I've been using this account to host a VM for one of my university's projects and it got cancelled without any explanation. I tried submitting a ticket with the team to appeal this decision but platform won't allow me to contact any support. I need my account for a graded project. Any idea how can I contact a staff member instead of getting a generic answer?

    It seems Azure security team might have detected suspicious activity on your subscription. for this please create a support request to investigate more. follow the below steps,

    1. Go to the azure Portal
    2. Search for Help + support.
    3. Select Create a support request.
    4. Scroll down and look for Contact Support.
    5. Create a support request. User's image
    6. Then provide your problem details for the 1st page and over the 2nd page leave the options. then provide the additional details and create a Support request.
