APIM Product Subscription Key not being Retrieved in Azure Portal when Testing

Anyone know if anything has changed to cause this in APIM?
We have seen this with multiple clients
To work around, you have to key in the subscription key.
Otherwise, you can get it to collect it again by clicking away e.g. click on Products, then back to APIs, then test tab, then select operation to test, and voila the key is retrieved:

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.From that details provided we have reproduced the scenario, and we found that you need to have the Owner role or the contributor role to get rid of that warning.
If you see the below screenshot, I am only having the reader role for the subscription so that I am getting the warning message
And in meanwhile if you perform any action and if we check that warnings, they are getting disabled as show below
Now if give the owner Role to the subscription we won't getting the warning as shown in the screenshot below
