I have recently deleted an ANF datastore from our AVS environment.
I first removed it from storage on the AVS blade, then removed the volume from Azure NetApp files.
The datastore is still present in the vCentre GUI, however it has been marked as (inaccessible).

If you have deleted an Azure NetApp Files (ANF) datastore from your Azure VMware Solution (AVS) environment and it is still showing as "inaccessible" in the vCenter GUI, please confirm us to the below steps to investigate further on this issue.
Please help us with the error screenshot for the detailed understanding.
As this is based in AVS we do not have permissions to rescan storage or refresh the inventory.
I was able to log this with MS support who resolved the issue.
