So today when i tried to login to my azure portal, i got warning action required: tenants not found. So i removed the warning from my browser screen using a browser extension to continue. So when i tried creating a resource on my azure portal, it was like i had no subscription at all, which isnt true, because i have already applied for P-A-Y-G using payment card.

Now when i checked my payment method, i got: payment method cannot be viewed for this billing profile. Showing no payment methods, and i also couldnt add another payment method, because my role permits me to replace payment methods NOT just add.

What do i do now. Im using this portal to learn.

    Hi Adedapo Adeniran

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

Go to the Azure Portal and open the "Subscriptions" page to check if your subscription is listed. If it's not, make sure your account has the necessary permissions to access the subscription.

Review your role and permissions in the Azure portal. To manage billing and view payment methods, you may need to have the "Owner" or "Contributor" role on the subscription.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, it might be best to contact Azure support for assistance.

If you still can't open a ticket, you might try reaching out to Azure support through alternative means, such as their support phone line.
