We recently received an email informing us that our usage cap has been updated to approximately $50K. Initially, our startup hub application granted us $25K in Azure credits. Upon checking the Azure Sponsorships Balance (https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance), we see that the total credit now stands at around $50K, with roughly $27K remaining.

Could you please clarify the following:

• Does this update mean that we have an additional $50K credit available, or is our current balance limited to $27K?

• Is this the final offer, or are we eligible to claim further additional credits?

Based on the information provided, it appears that your startup initially received $25,000 in Azure credits, and your usage cap has since been increased to approximately $50,000. This indicates that an additional $25,000 in credits has been granted, bringing your total to $50,000. The current balance of $27,000 reflects the remaining credits after some usage.

In terms of eligibility for further credits, startups with an Azure credit offer of $25,000 or more are automatically reviewed around 45 days before their credits are set to expire. If eligible, additional credits and extended program time are granted automatically, without the need to submit a request. Future eligibility will depend on factors such as your engagement score and the completion of tasks within the Founders Hub.
