I cannot access my Visio subscription

I subscribed under order d874d7d7-d50f-44a4-b342-daaafd6c3dd9 and the following applied at the time ******@gmail.com  @Bvisio2024  ******@brettsouth.onmicrosoft.com I am billed monthly in South Africa for $14.38 (?) reference Microsoft-G075266999. I want to access my account to manage it, but access through all means is denied, and the email addresses above are said to be invalid. Please assist by (a) providing me with full details of what I am subscribed to and pay for each month and (b) grant me access to my account.
