When I've completed UNit 5 of 8 (Exercise - Configure a resource lock) within 'Microsoft Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure management and governance Describe features and tools in Azure for governance and compliance', should I delete the resource account as well as the storage account? This isn't made clear but I don't want to delete if it's needed for something unrelated to this exercise!

    Hi Abbie,

Delete the storage account. I'm unsure if you meant "resource group" instead of "resource account". Yes, you should go ahead and delete resource group as well.

In the exercise they ask you to create a storage account, which is a resource. Next they have you create a Lock. Next they have you try to create container, but it fails due to the lock. They then have you delete the lock and create container. At the end of the exercise they want you to delete the storage account (which also deletes container).

If there is something unclear please add a comment below and I will explain more.
