Feature requests for Windows should be sent to the Windows team using the MS Feedback tool built into Windows as discussed here. In the same link is a discussion for how to see feedback already provided so you can upvote requests that match what you want.
Would you please provide a link to The Feedback Hub. Instructions provided in the link are not working. There is no app
In Windows go to the search box and type Feedback. The app is installed by default in Windows. If for some reason you uninstalled it then go to the MS Store app and search for Feedback. From there you can reinstall it.
