I turned on onedrive for the free 5gig, it jumped to 22gig loaded then failed at 437% overage and wants me to buy more memory. (C'mon)!! Now my outlook won't send/receive emails. I want to delete everything from the onedrive and disable it as that's my problem, but it won't allow. Also, onedrive download shows it's only for ios rev 17+ (my rev 15.8) so I can't even load onedrive on my phone to try anything. Have halted my onedrive but cannot delete my personal folder which seems to be the problem locking me out of other microsoft programs. Shouldn't have to be stuck with purchasing more memory just because the onedrive program faltered and subsequently took away much of my data from my laptop. Please, how can I just reverse ever turning on onedrive in the first place?

Thank you,

Russell Sheehan

    Hi @RUSSELL SHEEHAN

According to the article: "My OneDrive says it's full", I suggest you check your Microsoft account mailbox: https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/general/storage.

If you are sure that the email data can be deleted, you can try clicking "Empty" for some folders.

I also suggest you go to OneDrive online, check whether you can clean up some files or folders to make more space.

If you have issues related to OneDrive on iPhone, which is not supported on Q&A forum currently, it's best post a new thread in Microsoft Answers community: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_drive-msoffice_OfH-mso_OPiOS?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All&status=all&mod=&modAge=&advFil=&postedAfter=&postedBefore=&threadType=all&isFilterExpanded=true&page=1

    Thanks for your understanding.
