I am currently deploying a machine in Azure Dev Center but I present problems at the time a new VNET was added

Provisioning could not be completed. RD agent download failed. A required WVD URL/s couldn't be contacted.

This dev box is in a failed state. Please delete and recreate it, or contact your admin.

The error with the RD agent downloads in Azure Dev Center usually means the required WVD URLs are not reachable. To fix this, check your network connection, make sure the needed endpoints are accessible, and if the dev box is still not working, try deleting and recreating it.
