In a Windows Server 2025 and Office 2024 environment the Access ODBC connectors do not appear in the ODBC 32 or 64 ODBC manager

I am setting up a new Windows 2025 server with an access application running via remote desktop. This application works with ODBC connectors to several SQL servers. When I create the ODBC connections in the server ODBC Data Sources, they do not appear in Access. It does not matter if I create them as 32 bit or 64 bit. But surprisingly, if I create them from Access, they work but do not appear in the server ODBC Data Sources. It is as if they were disconnected from each other.

In the Access connection manager I can create ODBC connections but not modify or delete them. I have solved that through the registry.
